How this works. The board is built from the live feeds, so a new episode appears here as a job the hour it publishes — nothing to add by hand. A source is marked clipped once any clip in data/clips.json points at the same video. Audio-only podcasts are left out, since there is nothing to cut. A clip needs both a start AND an end to count as a finished cut — without an end it is only a marked starting point, and the desk says so. Anything over four minutes is flagged rather than hidden. Anything your clipping tool proposes arrives in the review queue rather than publishing itself.
